Shipping Info

What is your shipping schedule?

We ship Monday through Wednesday (excluding holidays) to avoid delays over the weekend.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed on Monday to Wednesday are usually processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

No, but we ship to all 50 states including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

How do you ship during extreme weathers?

Before packing, we check local weather for every order and pack accordingly. In the winter months we include heat packs for free if your weather falls below a certain temperature.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, there is no cancellation or refunds. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Live Arrival Guarantee

I package all plants with care. All sales are final. I’m not responsible for loss or damage of the package. Please arrange pickup of the package, do not leave it in the heat or cold. If your plant is dead upon arrival please send me an unboxing video/photod within 6 hours of delivery. I will refund or replace the dead plant. Shipping can cause minor stress and damage to the plants, even with the most careful packaging. Minor damage to leaf/stem is unlikely but possible. We are not responsible for any shipping-related damage.
